Alexander Technique introduction workshops in Spring

There are two new dates for Spring introduction workshops, please see flyer below for details.

Both are one-off introductions to the Alexander Technique and suitable for anyone with no prior experience who would like to find out what it is and how it might help with posture related issues such as back pain, tension in the neck and shoulders, and discomfort when standing, sitting, walking and lifting.

Each workshop will have only six participants to allow for maximum learning and I have started to take bookings so please get in touch with any queries or if you would like to secure a place.

New website photos!

I am very grateful to Angela Geldenhuys for my new head shot and website photos. I think they look fab!

Angela was very patient (I'm not keen on having my photo taken!) and easy going which helped me to relax and she has a great eye for catching the character of her subjects... I love her work with animals.

If you are looking for a professional, talented and very reasonably priced photographer I can highly recommend her! Take a look at  her website for examples of her work

Two new introductory workshops for autumn

This Autumn I will be offering two 'Introduction to the Alexander Technique' workshops!

These workshops are designed for people with little or no experience of the Alexander Technique but who would like to find out what it is and how it can improve posture and reduce pain associated with bad posture.

I aim to make it fun and informative and there is always cake!

There will be six places available on each workshop and I have started to take bookings, so do get in touch if you are interested in coming along or have any queries.

Please see flyers below for dates and venues:

Beautiful blooms

I was delighted to receive these gorgeous flowers to use in new photos for my website!

They were grown locally and organically by Bettina and Trevor Davies of Gillyflower who grow seasonal blooms as a welcome alternative to imported flowers grown with artifical fertilizers and pesticides. Great as cut flowers or for special occasions. Take a look at their website for more info:
